We started WWS to reduce the administrative headaches that burden most enterprises — especially enterprises in the field of court mandated client work where bureaucratic inefficiencies impact real people in real ways. Founder Ryan Alonzo spent the first 6 years of his career working as a Program Director of a Domestic Violence Intervention program and saw firsthand administrative tasks, emails, phone calls, faxes and paper prevented a program from growing or keeping the quality of services where they wanted them to be focused. These factors easily took a team away from doing the most important work of helping make their community a better place. In 2011, he had the opportunity to acquire WWS as a means to provide real help to overburdened and underfunded county agencies and treatment programs dedicated to human rehabilitation and development. 10 years later, WWS is using innovative ways to continue leveraging the incredible power of data management and technology to help people help people better...every single day. By working hand-in-hand with customers, we are able to co-develop solutions that have direct relevance and application to the specific challenges faced by today's criminal justice system.
